Strone is situated on Lochness-side in the great glen and at the lower end of Glenurquhart in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland. Situated halfway down Lochness, Strone is an ideal base for a holiday in the Highlands and within easy reach of Inverness on the East coast and Fort William and Skye on the West. There are two modern units, Strone cottage and Strone chalet. They are on separate sites to give maximum privacy.

Peace and quiet are assured at Strone, and this is an excellent location for bird watching. It is unusual for a week to pass without seeing a deer, a fox or a pine marten wandering by. Both units are Tourist Board three star graded and command magnificent views over Urquhart bay, the legendary home of the Loch Ness monster.
