Located close to the village of Fort Augustus, at the southern end of Loch Ness, the cottage is an ideal base for exploring much of the highlands of Scotland.

This peaceful setting at the edge of the Inchnacardoch forest is just three quarters of a mile away from the heart of the village, where there are shops, pubs and restaurants.

Also the Caledonian Canal runs through the centre of the village from Loch Ness, where boats can be seen negotiating a staircase of canal locks.

Other local attractions include golf, fishing, The Great Glen Way, riverside and forest walks and boat trips on Loch Ness. Just 30 miles from Ben Nevis & Anoch Mor this location is also ideal for wintersports.
